Is it really Genocide?
The situation between Palestine and Israel is a very sensitive subject, while you have on one hand a nation trying to hide that they’re taking it’s citizens tax dollars and funding a genocide (United States), and people of the Jewish community actually calling them out for it. It seems like every regular person is against this, but yet our government (United States) and some corporations are forcing its customers, workers, members etc., to support this genocide.
Who are those corporations? Let’s start with the Girl Scouts. The St. Louis. Girl Scout Troop #149 of Eastern Missouri has been reported as disbanded, as they were warned by the Girl Scouts about a fundraiser that they were holding. The group received an email from the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri asking her to remove any Girl Scouts branding associated with the bracelets, citing concerns that the fundraiser was political and partisan. Now, the group leader sent an email back, stating that they had just did a fundraiser for Ukraine. So of course this type of fundraiser shouldn’t hurt the companies brand.
According to the Post-Dispatch, the Girl Scouts organization replied with a lengthy email claiming her troop’s efforts were a “direct violation” of the organization’s codes and that “legal counsel” could be activated if the fundraiser continued. Since then they have decided to disband and continue the fundraiser.
Fox News did get in contact with the Troup pleaser and this was said;
“We are deeply disappointed by the circumstances that led to this decision,” said former Troop 149’s excerpt via STL PSC. It continued, “We initially joined Girl Scouts with the belief that the organization valued all lives equally and committed to empowering girls to stand up for causes they believe in. However, recent events have made us question whether this belief aligns with the organization’s true stance.
And they also reported that in the Girl Scouts HandBook that they aren’t allowed to solicit funds for anything other than girl scouts issues. So who’s really in the wrong here?
Now Fox News did reach out for comment, but of course they didn’t respond.
